RETURN & REFUND
You can return any frame for a refund, within 10 working days of receiving your original order. The refund will be issued in 10 working days from the delivery of your item to our warehouse. If you would like a different model or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the original amount. The shipping cost to return the item is charged to you. The glasses are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.All the returns will be inspected once reached the warehouse, please remember they have to be in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer care department writing to HYPERLINK "mailto:email@example.com"firstname.lastname@example.org, in 10 working days of receiving your order. Please specify in your email your order number and the reason why you would like to return the item. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service. After receiving the frame and having checked it we will send to you the new one at no charge to you.
We ship all orders with logistics partner Fedex. Depending on your location, the shipping time may take 1-3 working days for Italy and 2-6 working days to any other country. Glassing offers FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE.
